GRSM Insurance Law Blog
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani’s Insurance Group consists of more than 150 attorneys in offices across the country focused on representing and counseling many of the world’s largest domestic and foreign insurers, making the group one of the largest and most experienced of its kind in the United States. With an almost 45-year track record, GRSM has established itself as a go-to firm for the most complex and highest stakes insurance coverage cases.
We regularly handle precedent-setting cases involving high exposure claims and novel legal theories, including class actions, insurer liquidations, suits based on California Business & Professions Code section 17200 and other emerging statutory claims, excess insurance issues, environmental and toxic exposures, professional liability, construction defect, and claims relating to life, health and disability insurance including ERISA.
The Insurance Group has a proven record of success in defeating claims at the summary judgment stage and in trial, and achieving creative and favorable results for clients through alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
